HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2026.

Return Policy Details:

  • We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $4.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. This return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of a QR code being issued.

  • We have partnered with Reshop to issue refunds instantly – simply select the option during your return.

Dolce Vita guarantees against manufacturer's defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing info@dolcevita.com, live chat, or calling 1-877-525-2833.

Dolce Vita merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
